posimai 9629c35c89 chore: sync AGENTS.md with CLAUDE.md (full update) 
AGENTS.md was severely outdated. Now fully synchronized with CLAUDE.md:
- Added disaster recovery section
- Added all missing rules (safe-area, noopener, accent hardcode, etc.)
- Added complete project list (22 apps)
- Added Access Guide step to new app checklist
- Updated deploy-server.sh instructions
