posimai 58ca9d2540 fix(posimai-sc): ステップ3遷移時の自動スクロールを完全削除 
nextStepFlash / nextStepDrill でステップ3へ移る際の
scrollTo(scrollHeight) を削除。理解度チェックへのスクロールは
「理解度チェックへ移動」ボタン経由のみとする。
SW を v6 → v7 に更新。
