- CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md: add sync rule for docs/master-architecture.md on infra changes
- master-architecture.md: full rewrite (2026-03-11→2026-03-28, 9 apps→23 apps,
  Synology-centric→VPS+Supabase Auth confirmed)
