fix: release_to_gitea.ps1にAPKバージョン一致チェックを追加 

pubspec.yamlのversionとAPKの埋め込みversionNameが異なる場合は
エラーで中断する。「バージョン上げ前ビルド→リリース」ミスを防ぐ。
